Posted by theorangeguydotjpg - June 18th, 2021

i was bout to upload my older art that i post it on instagram back then, however most of my old art are compressed to low quality and resolution doe, is anybody know how to upscale the quality properly? (tried to just resize the art but its just making the lines blurry)

You can do some photoshop magic from youtube tutorials to make it a bit better but it will still look pixelated.
To avoid problems like this, I recommend you to always work in a minimum of 3000-4000 px of canvas size both width and height and 300 ppi, that way if you want to resize a drawing you won't have to damage the quality by upscaling it, it'll be already big enough. Downscaling will not damage the quality as long as you don't stretch the image. Also use png for exporting file format because the quality it's much better than jpg or jpeg.

thanks for the tip man, might try it later soon
